| | Walter Saake (born in 1961, Physicist) designed and developed optical inspection systems for several years. Besides gaining experiences in software development and project management he acquired intensive knowledge of industrial image processing. The developed automatic inspection systems have been installed world wide at international semiconductor and smart card manufacturers. Joining Bardenheuer GmbH in 1999 he initially undertook tasks of project management and the expansion of the development department. Today he is head of the development department in Munich which focuses in technical software development and test automation. |
 | Alexander von Klinski, Management Berlin | | Alexander von Klinski gained 14 years experience in software development and project management while implementing numerous communication systems in finance and banking as well as service oriented verticals. To further his kwowledge he combined research with management responsibilities. As a consultant he worked with system integrators and service providers, deploying mobile application solutions across a multitude of different projects. For Bardenheuer GmbH, he will continue to expand the Berlin office with particular emphasis on mobile data communication. |
 | Horst Fink, Management Stuttgart
| | Horst Fink (Electrical Engineering Technician for Data Processing) started his career in communications engineering with the Deutsche Telekom. He was subsequently employed in various management and leadership positions with Mannesmann Mobilfunk (now Vodafone) and VIAG INTERKOM (now O2). After making the switch to business consulting, he consulted for several well-known clients on complex projects. He is expanding and establishing Bardenheuer GmbH's Stuttgart office. |
 | Thomas Slowioczek, Head of Sales
| | Thomas Slowioczek (geb. 1962, Dipl. Wirtschafts Ing.) started his career in a sales department for public switching networks at Siemens AG around 20 years ago. He started to gather international experience focussed on Asian regions. Among other things he took over management responsibilities in sales during his time in Indonesia, where he lived for two years. Later, at KPNQwest Germany GmbH, he was responsible for international Global Accounts who required ISP- and Carrier-Solutions as well as other IT-services. 2002 he joined ND SatCOM AG, a leading vendor for satellite based communication systems, as the head of the international sales. The he enlarged his international experiences within Europe, Asia, South- and North Americas and in the Arabic regions. 2005 he took over the responsibility for sales in the telecommunication division of ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik- GmbH. Since April 2008 he is leading sales at Bardenheuer GmbH. |
